Because my items are made-to-order, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once you click purchase, your order goes into processing and cannot be cancelled. I will do my best to work with you on a replacement item, if I have made a mistake.
Please, when ordering, be sure to check spelling carefully on custom items. I will ALWAYS send a proof for you to go over before you purchase.

Please contact me upon receipt of your order if there are ANY issues. Any issues should be brought to my attention within 2 days of delivery, including items damaged during shipping. It is the buyers responsibility to double check correct spelling, shipping addresses, etc. Please make sure your default address is correct BEFORE purchasing.

All of my products are handmade and take time to make with the utmost of care and perfection. Please allow ample time for product to be made and shipped.

Please make sure your address is correct. I cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses or addresses that do not match USPS mail system. Double check spelling, numbers, apartment numbers, zip codes, etc.

All decals are shipped out through USPS First Class Mail so the package arrives within 2-3 days.

Glass Blocks are shipped via USPS Priority Mail in Flat Rate Medium boxes. They will arrive within 1-3 days.

You will always be updated via email by Etsy once your package ships.

If you need expedited shipping, contact me BEFORE ordering, so I can let you know if I will be able to accommodate you.

In the event, you forget an important piece of information needed to complete your order during checkout, ie. last name, initials, decal color choice. and I cannot obtain the information needed to create your order within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and your money will be refunded.

If you forget to leave your color choice your order will be made in the default colors listen under "Item Details."Please check your email or Etsy messages OFTEN, until you receive your shipping confirmation.
